The bical black olive (Galega) is an exclusively Portuguese variety of olive that is easily distinguished from the other types due to its small caliber, pointed shape, and characteristic flavor.

Its completely natural maturing process keeps the original variations in its color, which can range from brown to black through sepia.

These olives are available in different types of packaging:


– Glass jar: 200 g and 500 g
– Plastic tray: 300 g
– PET jar: 400 g and 800 g
– Bucket: 3 kg, 5 kg, and 10 kg
– Keg: 20 kg and 154 kg
