Green Olive

The green olives are obtained from fruits harvested when they reach a straw-green color. After harvesting, they are treated with an alkaline solution. Continuing with the lactic fermentation until the fruit has the appropriate color.

We offer green olives in different calibers, whole, pitted, sliced, and stuffed with pimiento peppers.

These olives are available in different types of packaging:

Whole olive and olives stuffed with pimiento peppers

– Glass jar: 215 g and 450 g
– Plastic tray: 300 g
– PET jar: 400 g and 800 g
– Bucket: 3 kg, 5 kg, and 10 kg
– Keg: 20 kg and 154 kg

Sliced olive and pitted olive

– Glass jar: 200 g and 450 g
– Plastic tray: 300 g
– PET jar: 400 g and 800 g
– Bucket: 2.5 kg, 4 kg, and 9 kg
– Keg: 20 kg, 120 kg, and 140 kg
