TREE-RIPENED OLIVE

The tree-ripened olives are obtained from fruits harvested when they reach full maturation or shortly before. It has a yellowish green or blackish violet color, depending on the state of maturity, rounded, smooth shape, and firm consistency.

Its maturing process is totally natural, allowing the original variations in its color to remain.

Tree-ripened olives can be prepared with oregano and/or garlic and they can also be crushed or cracked.

These olives are available in different types of packaging:


– Glass jar: 200 g and 500 g
– Plastic tray: 300 g
– PET jar: 400 g and 800 g
– Bucket: 3 kg, 5 kg, and 10 kg
– Keg: 20 kg and 154 kg
