Dry lupin beans are placed in water to lose their bitterness, and after cooked, they are subjected to a constant change of water until the product reaches the desired flavor. Their conservation is carried out in brine.

The lupin beans are rigorously selected and is available in different calibers.

The lupin beans are available in different types of packaging:

– Glass jar: 200 g and 500 g
– Plastic tray: 300 g
– PET jar: 400 g and 800 g
– Bucket: 3 kg, 5 kg, and 10 kg
– Keg: 20 kg and 154 kg
